TO ADVANCE EDUCATION PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES TO FACILITATE STUDY IN THE SAME AND GENERALLY TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE AND AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
