Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF FOR SUCH ONE OR MORE LAWFUL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COURT OF ASSISTANTS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT AND IN DEFAULT OF AND SUBJECT TO ANY SUCH DIRECTION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT AND ANY PERIODICAL PAYMENTS OR OTHER MONEYS OF THE NATURE OF INCOME WHICH MAY BE RECEIVED BY THE TRUSTEES WHETHER UNDER DEEDS OF COVENANT OR OTHERWISE HOWSOEVER FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THIS DEED SHALL BE TREATED AS INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND.
