(A)TO PROVIDE ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE COLLEGE WHO SHALL BE WOMEN OF GOOD CHARACTER OVER THE AGE OF 50 WHO ARE CONDITIONS OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR NEED, WITH PREFERENCE FOR MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND BEING WIDOWS, DIVORCEES OR UNMARRIED DAUGHTERS OF CLERGYMEN, OFFICERS OF THE ARMY OR NAVY, PROFESSIONAL MEN IN LAW OR MEDICINE, OR MERCHANTS; AND (B)SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
