TO ASSIST PERSONS OF THE JEWISH FAITH, AGED 60 OR OVER WHO MUST HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THIS COUNTRY AT LEAST TEN YEARS, OR OF BRITISH NATIONALITY AND WHO LIVE IN REDUCED FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES THROUGH NO FAULD OF THEIR OWN.
