Kingston Welcare strives to provide a warm, caring, safe and stimulating environment where parents and children are supported by each other, and project staff offer activities which are designed to make families stronger. The project supports local parents who are seeking support with their parenting skills. The project offers both universal and targeted services to vulnerable families.
