THE OBJECT OF THE FUND SHALL BE TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES AND ARE PAID UP MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF GROUP SECRETARIES OF THE NATIONAL FARMERS' UNIONS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS AND WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
