The trust comprises three self-contained single floor cottages known as the almshouses, which are for aged and deserving poor single persons or couples who are communicant members of the Church of England. There are additional charity funds which augment the income of the almshouses. Annie Pim, Theodore Pim, and ER Stoneham are collectively known as the Crayford Ecclesiastical Charities.
