FOR DESERVING & NECESSITOUR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER, WHO HAVE RESIDED IN WICKLEWOOD FOR NOT LESS THANT THREE YEARS IN PROVIDING THEM WITH:- CLOTHES, BEDDING, FUEL, MEDICAL OR OTHER AID IN SICKENSS, OR OTHER ARTICLES IN KIND, OR WITH PECUNIARY AID IN SPECIAL CASES.
