TO PROMOTE AGRICULTURE AND SCIENCE BY INVESTIGATING AND ENCOURAGING EFFICIENT BREEDING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF RED POLL CATTLE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING AND EXPANDING THE STOCKS OF SUCH CATTLE AND DEVELOPING AND ADVANCING THE MOST EFFICIENT AND UP TO DATE METHOD OF REARING SUCH CATTLE.
