ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS NOT EXCEEDING ú1,000 PA TO THE SAID GOVERNORS AS THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS APPROVE. 4. GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE POOR (FOR MEANS OF APPLICATION SEE SCHEME DATED 8 JULY 1958).
