1. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN THE AOB WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN WHATEVER WAYS THE T'EES SHALL THINK FIT. 2. THE UPKEEP, REPAIR AND MAINTAINANCE OF THE HEDGES AND LAND SURROUNDING HILLMORTON CHURCH. 3. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME & EXPENDABLE ENDOWMENT OF THE CHY CANNOT BE APPLIED FOR THE OBJECTS STATED ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AOB IN SUCH WAYS AS THE T'EES SEE FIT.
