Charitable objects
THE INCOME IS DIVIDED INTO TWO EQUAL PARTS BETWEEN:- THE ECCLESIASTICAL BRANCH; FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD. THE NON-ECCLESIASTICAL BRANCH (A) FOR THE REPAIR OF ROADS OR BRIDGES IN THE PARISH PROVIDED THAT THE PARISH WILL BENEFIT FROM SUCH PAYMENTS, BY WAY OF REDUCTIONS IN THE RATES, (B) THE IMPROVEMENT OF ANY PLACE OF PUBLIC RESORT FOR THE INHABITANTS BY PLANTING TREES, PROVIDING SEATS ETC.
