IN THE ABSENCE OF QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER MEN WHO HAVE BEEN ESTRANGED FROM THEIR WIVES OR PARTNERS AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF TYNE AND WEAR.
