Charitable objects
SUBJECT TO PRIORITY BEING GIVEN TO ONE MERCHANT SEAMAN WHO IS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS THE RESIDENTS SHALL BE BEDEMEN WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) ARE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF BOSTON WITH A PREFERENCE FOR SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF SKIRBECK.
