TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED THE FOLLOWING PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF CARLISLE. (A)ANY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF A CHILD OR CHILDREN OR WHO BEING A WOMAN IS EXPECTING A CHILD;(B)THE CHILD OR CHILDREN IN THE CARE OR CUSTODY OF THAT PERSON.
