PROVISION OF A HALL FOR ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:- 1) AS A MISSION HALL FOR PURPOSES OF RELIGIOUS SERVICES OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. 2) AS A PLACE OF HOLDING SUNDAY SCHOOLS OR CONFIRMATION OR COMMUNICANTS' OR OTHER CLASSES OR FOR PROVIDING OTHER RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE C OF E. 3) AS A PLACE FOR MEETINGS, CONFERENCES OR COMMITTEEES FOR BODIES CONNECTED WITH THE C OF E. 4) AS A PLACE OF MEETING CLUB HOUSE HEADQUARTERS OR GYMNASIUM FOR MALE OR FEMALE GUILDS INSTITUTES OR SOCIETIES WITHIN OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PARISH. 5) AS A DRILL HALL FOR THE CHURCH LADS BRIGADE OR BOYS SCOUTS OR ANY SIMILAR INSTITUTION FOR THE TIME BEING WITHIN OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID PARISH. 6) AS A LENDING LIBRARY OR READING ROOM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID PARISH. 7) AS A RESIDENCE FOR ANY CARETAKER OFFICIAL OR SERVANT EMPLOYED IN CONNECTION WITH THE BROWNLOW MEMORIAL HALL OR FOR ANY NURSE OR OTHER OFFICIAL FOR THE TIME BEING EMPLOYED IN THE SAID PARISH. 8) AS A PLACE FOR SUCH OTHER MEETINGS AND FOR SUCH EXHIBITIONS SALES SHOWS COMPETITIONS GAMES CONCERTS LECTURES DINNERS AND MUSICAL DRAMATIC OR OTHER ENTERTAINMENTS AND FOR SUCH OBJECTS ENDS OR PURPOSES AS SHALL TEND OR PURPORT TO SUPPLY THE SPIRITUAL INTELLECTUAL POLITICAL MORAL OR SOCIAL WANTS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH OR ANY OF THEM.
