HOMES FOR SINGLE WOMEN EITHER WIDOWS OR OTHERWISE OR NOT LESS THAN 65 YEARS OF AGE HAVING RESIDED IN THE PARISH FOR AT LEAST EIGHT YEARS AND ARE OF GOOD CHARACTER AND MORAL WORTH AND WHO ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS.
