(A) TO ACQUIRE, ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, MANAGE AND CONDUCT TENEMENTS, HOSTELS AND OTHER RESIDENTAL BUILDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LIVING ACCOMODATION FOR PERSONS UNABLE THROUGH LACK OF MEANS OF AGE OR INFIRMITY TO PROVIDE SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION WITH REASONABLE LIVING CONDITIONS FOR THEMSLVES.
