IF THE FUNDS IN THE HANDS OF THE GUILD PERMIT, TO EXTEND THE BENEFITS THEREOF TO OTHER NECESSITOUS MEMBERS OF THE TRADE (IE THE LIVERPOOL PROVISION TRADE), THEIR WIVES, WIDOWS, CHILDREN OR RELATIVES.
