1. MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING THE SEA DYKE SITUATE IN THE PARISH AND LYING BETWEEN SKENBEERNESS AND THE PLACE FORMERLY CALLED OR KNOWN AS "JOHN ASKEW'S HOLE". 2. MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING ALL OR ANY OF THE SEA DYKES IN THE PARISH IF PART OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR THE PURPOSES OF NO. 1 ABOVE.
