RELIEF BY WAY OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR GIFTS TO AGED WIDOWS, SPINSTERS OR MARRIED WOMEN IN VERY DESERVING CASES, OVER THE AGE OF 65 YEARS WHO ARE IN RECEIPT OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND RESIDENT WITHIN THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE AND IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD.
