1. FOR THE RELIEF OF SUCH DAUGHTERS OF FREEMEN OF THE BOROUGH OF BERWICK UPON TWEED AS SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE SPINSTERS OR WIDOWS AND OVER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS. 2. FOR THE RELIEF OF SUCH CHILDREN OF FREEMEN OF THE BOROUGH AS ARE ORPHANS AND UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS. 3. FOR THE RELIEF OF FREEMEN AND WIDOWS OF FREEMEN OF THE SAID BOROUGH.
