DURING 60 YEARS FROM 1ST AUGUST 1963 TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME AND SUCH PART IF ANY OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE SETTLOR MR. J. F.T. FENWICK DURING HIS LIFE AND AFTER HIS DEATH HIS SON MR. P.T. FENWICK DURING HIS LIFE AND THEREAFTER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. AT THE EXPIRATION OF THE 60 YEARS THE TRUST FUND IN TRUST FOR THE BRITISH RED CROSS SOCIETY AND THE NATIONAL SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN IN EQUAL SHARES.
