SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES AFORESAID, INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN PAYING THE SALARY OF A GERMAN PASTOR OR PASTORS TO MINISTER UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF A COMMITTEE TO BE APPOINTED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE PURPOSE, TO THE SIRITUAL WELFARE OF GERMAN SEAMEN VISITING PORTS OF TYNE AND DISTRICT.
