Charitable objects
The objects of the charity are for the relief of: • any financially needy clergy and their families licensed or with PTO (permission to officiate) from the Bishop of Bath and Wells within the Bath, Chew Magna, Locking, Midsomer Norton and Portishead Deaneries • any financially needy clergy and their families residing within the said Deaneries • any financially needy widows, widowers or partners, along with their children, of deceased clergy, who before they died were last licensed in the said Deaneries • any financially needy former spouses or partners, along with their children, who immediately before the relationship broke down, were the spouses or partners of clergy who were licensed in the said Deaneries.
