Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE WELL BEING OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN OR IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
(1) IN DEFRAYING THE COST OF THE UPKEEP OF ANY BUILDING OR BUILDINGS USED FOR UNDENOMINATIONAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES. (2) SUBSCRIPTIONS TO ANY ORGANISATION HAVING FOR ITS OBJECT THE WELL BEING OF SUCH CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
