ALLOWANCES FOR LIFE OR SHORTER PERIODS, ADVANCES OR ACCOMMODATION IN ANY PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY TO PERSONS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE, THE FOUNDER CONTEMPLATED PERSONS WHO HAVE HELD ANY OFFICE IN OR WHO IN THE JUDGEMENT OF THE MANAGERS HAVE DONE ANY USEFUL PUBLIC WORK IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND MORE ESPECIALLY THE COUNTY OF SURREY AND ESPECIALLY IN ELECTORAL DIVISION OF MID-SURREY (1) OF POOR CLERGY OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE SAME AREA AND THE WIDOWS, CHILDREN OR OTHER SURVIVING RELATIVES OF SUCH PERSONS.
