FOR THE USE AND THE BENEFIT OF THE CONGREGATION OF THE OCTAGON CHAPEL, COLEGATE STREET, NORWICH AND SUCH OTHER PERSONS AS SHALL BE UNITED TO THE SAID CONGREGATION AND ATTEND PUBLIC WORSHIP IN THE SAID CHAPEL.
