THE CLEAR INCOME AND THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE PROPERTY TO BE APPLIED 1.IN RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF WEST SUSSEX WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM. 2. IN ASSISTING THE PROVISION OF AN EFFICIENT DOMICILIARY NURSING SERVICE IN THE SAID ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY BY MAKING GRANTS IN CASES OF NEED TO NURSES WHO ARE OR HAVEN BEEN ENGAGED IN DOMICILIARY NURSING IN THE COUNTY OR BY PAYING PENSIONS IN CASES OF NEED 3. TO APPLY INCOME OR PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY APPLICABLE UNDER THE HEAD OF RELIEF IN SICKNESS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITES, SERVICES OR FACILITIES WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OR ASSIST THE RECOVERY OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH CASES BUT ARE NOT READILY AVAILABE TO THEM FROM OTHER SOURCES
