FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE OBJECT OR OBJECTS OR FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT AS DIRECTED IN CLAUSES 3 AND 4 OF THE GOVERNING INSTRUMENT.
