THE PROMOTION OF MUSICAL EDUCATION AND MUSICAL CULTURE. BY PURSUANCE OF THE OBJECTS THE COMMITTEE OF THE CHARITY MAY ORGANISE AND PRESENT CONCERTS OR CHAMBER MUSIC OF HIGH QUALITY IN THE AREA OF MERSEYSIDE.
