Charitable objects
1. THE PURCHASE OF WARM CLOTHING AND BOOTS TO BE GIVEN TO POOR CHILDREN NOT EXCEEDING TWELVE YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF YORK. 2. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN THE MANNER AFORESAID, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF YORK.
