Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR OR TOWARDS THE RELIEF OF THE RATE OR FUND WHICH MAY HEREAFTER FROM TIME TO TIME BE ASSESSED UPON OR REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY THE RATEPAYERS OF THE PARISH OF NEWBIGGEN FOR OR TOWARDS THE EXPENSES OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OR SCHOOL AS MAY HEREAFTER BE ESTABLISHED UNDER THE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION ACT, 1870, OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OF THE SAME OR ANY LAW IN LIEU THEREOF AND WHICH SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING COMPRISE THE SAID PARISH OF NEWBIGGEN.
