FOR THE BENEFIT OF A CHARITY OF CHARITIES AS THE SETTLOR DURING HIS LIFE AND AFTER HIS DEATH AS HIS WIFE LORNA IRENE BAYLDON AND AFTER HER DEATH AS HIS SON CAPTAIN JOHN MICHAEL BAYLDON AND THEREAFTER THE TRUSTEE SHALL SELECT AND SO THAT NO MONEYS SHALL BE APPLIED UNDER THE TRUSTS HEREOF OTHER THAN FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF THAT TERM.
