RELIEF EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, DISABLEMENT, OLD AGE AND INFIRMITY AMONG ELDERLY PERSONS OF THE PROTESTANT CHRISTIAN FAITH, WHO ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE DOCTRINES SET FORTH IN THE THIRD SCHEDULE HERETO AND CAN GIVE SUCH SCRIPTURAL TESTIMONY AS SHALL IN THE JUDGEMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRUSTEES SHOW THEM TO BE OF THE "HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH".
