JAMES, OR IF ONLY PART OF THE INCOME BE REQUIRED FOR THIS PURPOSE FOR REPAIRS OR IMPROVEMENTS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH, OR OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DESERVING POOR OF THE PARISH AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL SELECT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHURCH OR PARISH.
