(B) TO ADVANCE SCIENCE, RESEARCH AND EDUCATION IN CONNECTION WITH AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, FORESTRY AND CONSERVATION, (C) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF LIVESTOCK AND THE PREVENTION AND ERADICATION OF DISEASES IN ANIMALS USEFUL TO MAN.
