Charitable objects
(1)THE PROVISION OF THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE IN THE ABOVE SCHEME FOR THE USE FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY UNIT OR UNITS OF THE VOLUNTEER RESERVE FORCES OR SERVICE CADET ORGANISATIONS WHICH OPERATE FOR THE TIME BEING IN BLACKPOOL OR IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE WEST OF THE M6 MOTORWAY. (2) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS ON CLAUSE 21 OF THE SCHEME THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY. (3) IF THE PROPERTY IS SOLD UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 21 OF THE SCHEME THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY UNIT OR UNITS OF THE VOLUNTEER RESERVE FORCES OR SERVICE CADET ORGANISATIONS WHICH OPERATE FOR THE TIME BEING IN BLACKPOOL OR IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE WEST OF THE M6 MOTORWAY.
