THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN WELSH CULTURE AND THE FINE ARTS INCLUDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE OF THE PUBLIC TASTE IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR:
(1) BY THE HOLDING FROM TIME TO TIME OF AN EISTEDDFOD IN THE TOWN OF LAMPETER. (2) BY THE HOLDING OF CONCERTS MEETINGS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EISTEDDFOD.
(3) BY OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF SUCH EISTEDDFOD.
