TO PROVIDE MONITORING EQIPMENT AND GENERALLY TO SUPPLEMENT ANY PROVISION BY GOVERNMENTAL OR SIMILAR SOURCES, OF KIDNEY MACHINES AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT, PREMISES AND OTHER FACILITIES INCIDENTAL TO THE ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE AND EFFICIENT RUNNING OF AN ARTIFICAL KIDNEY UNIT FOR THOSE SUFFERING FROM RENAL FAILURE OR KIDNEY DISORDERS INCLUDING ALL RESEARCCH IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
