THE OBJECTS OF THE MISSION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG OFFENDERS (MALE OR FEMALE) RECOMMENDED BY THE PROBATION OFFICERS IN THE CITY OF BATH AND IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET AS CONSTITUTED PRIOR TO 1972.
