TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE DIRECT AND SUBJECT TO AND IN DEFAULT OF ANY SUCH DIRECTION AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
