SUBJECT TO ALL OUTGOINGS PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID RENTS TO PROMOTE THE SPIRITUAL MORAL INTELLECTUAL SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE PARISHIONERS OF THE ABOVE PARISH.
