Charitable objects
INCOME FOR APPLICATION FOR SUCH MASONIC AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DEEM PROPER, BUT THAT THE TRUST FUND OR PARTS THEREOF AND ANY INCOME ARISING THEREFROM SHALL BE PAID OR APPLIED ONLY TO OR FOR THE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES AS SHALL BY LAW BE EXEMPT OR FREED FROM THE LIABILITY OF PAYMENT OF INCOME TAX. (SEE CLAUSE 7 OF THE TRUST DEED).
