THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DELINQUENCY AMONG GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE IN NEED OF CARE, PROTECTION AND SUPERVISION BY REASON OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEM PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND SPIRITUALLY AND ENABLE THEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
