FOR HELPING THE CENTRAL FUND OF THE COLDSTREAMERS ASSOCIATION 4. OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF OLD AND SESERVING COLDSTEAMERS PAST AND PRESENT ND THEIR CHILDREN AND WIDOWS.
