A SCHEME OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS DATED 1ST SEPTEMBER 2005
Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE RELIEF OF POOR AND DISTRESSED BROTHER MASONS OR THEIR POOR AND DISTRESSED WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OR TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH MASONIC CHARITIES OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS SOCIETIES AND OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. (2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.
