TO ALLEVIATE SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND/OR OLD AGE AMONGST PERSONS LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR HOSPITALS, HOSPICES, OLD PERSON'S HOMES AND/OR SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS (AND TO ENDEAVOUR, WHEREVER POSSIBLE, TO PROVIDE A SIMILAR SERVICE TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY ASSISTING OUTPATIENTS AND THOSE RECEIVING 'CARE IN THE COMMUNITY'.
