(A) TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF LONDON BY THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF CHORAL MUSIC. (B) TO PROMOTE CHORAL CONCERTS, PARTICULARLY IN THE CITY OF LONDON, FOR THE PURPOSE OF FOSTERING THE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF SUCH MUSIC.
