1/3 PART OF THE INCOME IN OR TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF KINGSTEIGNTON, INCLUSIVE OF THE TOWER AND STEEPLE, BUT EXLUSIVE OF THE CHANCEL. 1/3 PART FOR OR TOWARDS THE BENEFIT AND SUPPORT OF A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS FOR THE INSTRUCTION AND EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN OF LABOURERS AND OTHER PERSONS OF THE POORER CLASS RESIDING IN THE SAID PARISH OF KINGSTEIGNTON. THE REMAINING THIRD PART TOWARDS THE SUPPORT OF A CLOTHING, COAL OR PENNY CLUB OR PENNY BANK, OR SICK CLUB OR BENEFIT SOCIETY OR OF SOME ONE OR MORE OF SUCH INSTITUTIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF INDUSTRIOUS POOR PERSONS RISDIDING IN THE SAID PARISH, OR IN PROVIDING COALS AND CLOTHING, OR OTHER NECESSARIES TO BE SOLD AT RUDUCED PRICES OR DISTRIBUTED GRATIUTOUSLY TO POOR PERSONS RESIDING IN THE SAID PARISH.
